All winning bids are subjected to review by the Venue. The Venue has sole discretion to confirm rental bookings. All rentals will be governed by Lipont Place Rental Contract. Winner of the auction will be contacted by the Venue within two business days after the auction ends.
Rejected bids and offers will be refunded in full within 14 business days. In no event shall YKLM Auctions App or the Venue be liable for lost profits or consequential damages arising out of the Venue’s rejection of the rental bookings.
